Founded in 2001, Stroller Strides has over 1,200 locations and more than 150,000 participants nationwide.  It's a stroller based workout that offers moms a great way to get in shape, meet other new moms and have fun with their baby. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain baby, while mom is led through a series of exercises incorporating stretch tubing, the stroller, the baby and the environment for a total body workout.

Stroller Strides is open to all child caregivers from fathers and grandparents, to babysitters and nannies. Giving Back to the Community:

Moms Clubs hold weekly playgroups, monthly Moms Night Out and quarterly Moms on a Mission events throughout the country. We educate, empower and support mothers on important issues facing our children and our families. We raise money and educate on behalf of Breast Cancer Fund, March of Dimes and Healthy Child Healthy World. Our Moms Club is free!

Outside of San Diego County, all franchises are individually owned and operated. Our franchisees are mostly women who are moms between the ages of 25-40. Their children range in age from 0-6+ years and they are fitness enthusiasts or have a professional fitness background. Generally, they have an eco-friendly mindset and are advocates for healthy families and a healthy world.
