Stroller Strides trains you on how to teach and operate your business through a combination of e-mail modules, video web conference calls and recorded seminars. Additionally, Stroller Strides offers the following online and live educational tracks: 

Franchisee Business Intensive

Jump start your business with this live video conference taught by the Stroller Strides Corporate Team. Through this intensive you will learn how to market, budget and operate your business.  You will learn from the experts and outline your business and financial success plan. This course is required for all franchisees.

Stroller Strides & Fit4Baby Instructor Training

This 2-day course meets the national requirement to become a Stroller Strides and Fit4Baby Instructor. If you are not a nationally certified fitness professional, then you would need to take this course. Learn the foundations of exercise science, anatomy, exercise physiology, prenatal and postnatal fitness and how to teach GREAT Stroller Strides and Fit4Baby classes. Participants will test for two certifications from this live 2-day course. Courses are offered monthly in various parts of the country. This course is open to franchisees and/or sponsored instructor candidates.

Stroller Strides Online Instructor Certificate

If you are nationally certified or have a degree in an exercise science, then you can take our online Instructor Certficate course.  It  includes class formats, pre- and postnatal fitness, class safety and procedures. Instructors who do not hold a national certification or a degree in an exercise science will need to complete our Stroller Strides & Fit4Baby Instructor Training Course. This course is open to franchisees and/or sponsored instructor candidates.

Stroller Strides does offer additional courses for continuing education for franchisees, instructors and fitness professionals. Check our education page to learn more and register.
