Stroller Strides wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. For items returned more than 30 - 90 days days after the mail order ship date, we offer an exchange or a Stroller Strides credit.

2. Mail or ship your return and exchange items along with the completed form and proof of purchase (receipt packing slip) to the following address:

3. Upon receipt of your shipment Stroller Strides will email you the amount to be credited or debited to your credit card. You should expect the credit to your account 10-14 business days after we receive your return.
4. If you were exchanging an item, Stroller Strides will ship your new products within 1 week.
